Ted Johnson Appointed to OSDC Board of Directors

February 12, 2015

Parms + Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Theodore Johnson, Partner, as a new member of the board of directors for the Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC) as of December 2014.

Founded in 1982, OSDC provides financing to Ohio small businesses by acting as an agent for public financing programs. As a nonprofit corporation, OSDC’s mission is to make low-interest loans to small businesses for buildings, equipment and leasehold improvements.

Ted had the following to say about this recent appointment, “Being part of this board I feel matches me with the caliber of individuals involved with an organization whose goals and aspirations seek to address what I’ve strived to position myself to be part of in my career path and the development of my credentials. I hope that I have and will continue to be a value-added resource for furthering the goals of Ohio Statewide Development Corporation, and I’m proud to be counted among the special select few at its helm. The depth and breadth of their outreach and the economic goals they seek to achieve truly help set the State of Ohio apart from the other 49.”

Please join us in congratulating Ted on this new designation.
