I have trusted Parms + Company with all our tax and accounting needs for over a decade. I have always been very pleased with their professionalism, knowledgeably, flexibility and high degree of personal attention. Though I’m sure their roster is deep, they always make me feel like I am their only client. I consider John Parms a mentor, trusted advisor and a friend. He and the rest of his team keep us in good hands and on a good track. I look forward to having Parms + Company as a strong partner to Fine Citizens for may years to come. - Phil Wilson Founder, President & CEO Fine Citizens

Ohio’s Minimum Wage Unchanged for 2016

November 12, 2015

Ohio’s minimum wage will remain the same for 2016 at $8.10 per hour for non-tipped employees and $4.05 per hour for tipped employees.

The minimum wage applies to businesses with gross annual receipts greater than $297,000 per year.  For smaller companies with gross annual receipts less than that, the minimum wage is $7.25 per hour, which is the same as the federal minimum wage.

Parms + Company has completed our financial audit for the past two years. After speaking with a few companies who had experience with them, it was clear that Parms was highly recommended. They have done a great job. - Bill Grindle CEO/Executive Director See Kids Dream
